Knowing the limited time visitors have in Ancient Messina, we organize traditional activities that can visitors enjoy within half to one and a half hour. These activities can be carried out either individually or all together at the same time
Traditional dipla: knead, roll crust, cut crust, fold it, fry, pour honey and … enjoy!
Bread: knead, mold loaves, pour in burning oven and … taste the kouloura bread!
Greek Cooking: prepare stuffed tomatoes or moussaka and put it in the oven!
Weaving (argaleios): weaving demonstration in a traditional loom for the manufacture of rags!
In all these activities visitors can be involved.
